Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to your personal information when you visit my website, subscribe to my newsletter, write to me, or fill in the Fertility Assessment. It also holds the details that apply to all my privacy documents, such as who I am, what your rights are and how to complain.
If you go on to buy one of my services, a second document takes over from the moment you pay: my Client Privacy Notice. It covers your payment, your health intake form, your labs, your sessions and everything that follows. It points back here for the shared details rather than repeating them, so the two documents never say different things.
1. Who I am
The controller of your personal data, meaning the one who decides how and why it’s used, is my company:
Wildwo Holistic OÜ · Registration code 16972165 · Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia · hola@angelsperez.com
I’m Angels Perez, and I run Wildwo Holistic OÜ. Its work is nutritional therapy for hormonal health and fertility, educational content, and related programmes. Any question about your information comes to me at hola@angelsperez.com.
2. What this policy covers
- Visiting my website (section 3.1)
- Subscribing to my newsletter (section 3.2)
- Writing to me by email or Instagram (section 3.3)
- Filling in the Fertility Assessment (sections 3.4, 4 and 5)
It stops at the moment you pay. From then on, the Client Privacy Notice applies (section 9).
3. What I collect, and why
3.1 My website
When you visit, my hosting provider automatically records technical information: your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you visit and your device. I use it to keep the site running and secure. With your consent, analytics cookies also tell me which pages are useful and where the site breaks. Section 17 explains the cookies.
3.2 My newsletter
If you subscribe, I collect your name and email address, your country if you choose to give it, and the date, time and IP address of your subscription, which is how I can show you asked to receive it. I use them to send you the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can use it at any time.
3.3 When you write to me
If you email me or send me a message on Instagram, I collect your name, your contact details and what you write, and I use them to answer you. If you send certain words to my Instagram account, an automated reply sends you the link you asked for.
If you mention your health in a message, I take that as you asking me to read it and reply, and that is what I use it for. I don’t copy what you tell me about your health into my records. My note of our contact says that you wrote to me and what I answered.
I do learn from the way women write to me. Where a phrase comes up again and again, I might use that kind of language in what I publish. Nothing that identifies you, and nothing you’ve told me about your health, is ever part of that. If I ever wanted to use your own words as yours, I’d ask you first.
Detailed health information is better shared in the Fertility Assessment or, once you’re a client, in the health intake form, because there it’s covered by your explicit consent (section 4).
Instagram belongs to Meta. What you send me there is also handled by Meta under its own privacy policy, which I don’t control.
If you write to me about working together, or fill in the Fertility Assessment, I keep a short record of our contact, so I know where we left off.
3.4 The Fertility Assessment
The Fertility Assessment asks for your name, email address, date of birth, country and preferred language, and, if you choose, your Instagram handle and phone number. It then asks about your fertility: your cycle, your symptoms, any diagnoses and treatments, what you’ve already tried, and what’s realistic for you right now.
I use your answers to understand your situation and to decide how I can help you, and I use your email address to write to you about it.
AI support. I use an AI tool, Claude, made by Anthropic, to help me read and organise what you’ve written. It doesn’t decide anything about your health or about what I offer you. I read every assessment myself, and any answer that comes to you comes from me. Your consent in section 4 covers this use. Your answers also pass through Typeform, Make and Notion, which carry them to me and hold my record of our contact, and all four are listed in section 7.
4. Health information in the Fertility Assessment
Much of what you tell me in the Fertility Assessment is health information. The law treats it as a special category and protects it more strongly, under Article 9 of the GDPR.
I only use it because you’ve given your explicit consent, by ticking the consent box at the end of the form. That consent covers my reading your answers, the AI support described in section 3.4, and my using what you’ve told me to decide how I can help you. It’s separate from anything else you agree to, and it’s the only basis I rely on for your health information.
You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hola@angelsperez.com. I then stop using your answers and delete them. Withdrawing doesn’t make my earlier use of them unlawful.
5. Information about your partner
If you’re trying to conceive with a partner, the assessment asks whether he has had a semen analysis and which markers were flagged. That is his health information, shared by you. I ask for the names of the markers rather than his report or his numbers, because I need as little of his information as possible. I use it only to understand your situation alongside the rest of your answers. I don’t contact him because of it, and I don’t use it for anything else. Please share only what you know he’s comfortable with you sharing.
If he later has his own Decoding Session, he gives his own consent for his own information, in his own health intake form.
6. The legal bases I rely on
- Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)): the newsletter, marketing emails, and analytics and marketing cookies.
- Your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)): health information in the Fertility Assessment.
- Steps you’ve asked me to take before a purchase (Article 6(1)(b)): answering your messages and questions about working with me.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): keeping my website running and secure, keeping a record of our contact, and preventing misuse.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): keeping the records the law requires, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
7. Who else handles your information
I don’t sell, rent or trade your information. I share it only with the service providers that help me run my work, each of whom is bound by contract to protect it, use it only on my instructions, and follow the GDPR.
- Typeform S.L. · the Fertility Assessment · Spain (EU), hosted on AWS in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses · typeform.com/privacy
- MailerLite · the newsletter and automated emails · Ireland (EU) · mailerlite.com/privacy
- Google Workspace (Google LLC) · email and documents · US, under a data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses · policies.google.com/privacy
- Notion Labs Inc. · my record of enquiries · US, under a data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses · notion.so/privacy
- Manychat, Inc. · automated replies to Instagram messages · US, under a data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses
- Make, operated by Celonis Inc. · the automation that connects my forms, my emails and my records · your information is stored in the European Union. Celonis Inc. is in the US and can reach it to run and support the service, under a data processing agreement, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses
- Anthropic PBC · the AI support described in section 3.4 · US, under a commercial data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses
- Raiola Networks · website hosting · Spain (EU)
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) · website statistics, only with your consent · US, under Standard Contractual Clauses
I may also share information when the law, a court or an authority requires it, or to protect my legal rights or prevent fraud.
8. How long I keep it
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, then one more year, so I can show you once subscribed and make sure you’re not emailed again.
- Fertility Assessment, if you don’t buy: two years from our last contact.
- Fertility Assessment, if you buy: it becomes part of your client file, and the Client Privacy Notice applies.
- Messages and enquiries: two years from our last contact.
- Records of your consent: for as long as I hold the information the consent covers, then three more years.
- Website analytics: 14 months from your last visit.
After that, your information is securely deleted or fully anonymised, unless the law requires me to keep it longer or it’s needed for a legal claim.
9. When you buy: the Client Privacy Notice
The moment you pay, you become a client, and my Client Privacy Notice takes over for everything from then on: your payment and billing details, your health intake form, your labs, your sessions, your Decoding Map, and anything you send me about your care. It’s linked at the checkout, and again in your health intake form, where I ask for your consent before you share your health history.
Sections 10 to 15 apply to all my privacy documents. The Client Privacy Notice points here for them.
10. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of my providers are in the United States. When your information goes outside the European Economic Area, it’s protected by at least one of these:
- Standard Contractual Clauses, contracts approved by the European Commission that require GDPR-level protection. I use them with every US provider.
- The EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where a provider is certified under it.
- Keeping it in the EU, where the provider is EU-based.
To ask which safeguard applies to a particular provider, email hola@angelsperez.com.
11. Keeping your information secure
I use technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. These include encrypted connections, encryption of stored data, regular encrypted backups, strong passwords with two-factor authentication, and access limited to the people who need it, each bound by confidentiality.
Health information gets extra protection. Access is limited to me and anyone I specifically authorise. Where I use an AI tool (section 3.4), I use it only under a business agreement that forbids the provider from training its models on your information, never a free or personal AI app.
No system is completely secure. If a breach ever affects your information, I’ll tell you promptly.
12. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- see the information I hold about you and get a copy (Article 15)
- correct anything inaccurate or incomplete (Article 16)
- ask me to delete it, where I no longer need it, you withdraw consent, or it was used unlawfully (Article 17). I can’t delete what the law requires me to keep, such as invoices for seven years.
- limit how I use it in certain situations (Article 18)
- take it with you, in a structured, machine-readable format (Article 20)
- object to my using it on the basis of legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time (Article 21)
- withdraw your consent at any time (Article 7(3)). This doesn’t make earlier use unlawful. For clients, withdrawing consent to the use of health information means I can no longer provide clinical services.
- complain to a supervisory authority (section 13).
To use any of these rights, email hola@angelsperez.com and tell me what you’d like. I’ll reply within one month, or within three months for a complex request, in which case I’ll tell you within the first month. I may ask you to confirm your identity first. It’s free.
13. Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, please tell me first, at hola@angelsperez.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority:
- Estonia, where my company is registered: Andmekaitse Inspektsioon · aki.ee/en · info@aki.ee · Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn
- Spain, if you live there: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos · aepd.es · C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid
- the data protection authority of the EU country where you live or work, or where you think the problem happened.
14. Under 18s
My services are for people aged 18 and over. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you think someone under 18 has given me their information, write to me and I’ll delete it.
15. Changes to this policy
This policy carries the date it was last updated, at the top. When I make a material change, I’ll email newsletter subscribers about it. Earlier versions are kept on file, and you can ask me for the one that applied at any date.
Sections 16 to 18 are about my website and the content I publish.
16. Legal notice
16.1 Using my content
Everything I publish, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video and written materials, belongs to Wildwo Holistic OÜ or to the people who supplied it, and is protected by intellectual property law. You’re welcome to view and download it for your own personal use, and to share it with credit to Angels Perez. Please don’t copy, change or resell it for commercial purposes, or use it in a way that suggests I endorse something, without asking me first.
16.2 Liability
I’m not responsible for decisions you make on the strength of my educational content alone, or for the results any individual gets. Nothing here removes or limits any liability that the law does not allow me to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, and including your rights as a consumer.
16.3 The law that applies
This legal notice is governed by Estonian law. If you’re a consumer living in another country, this doesn’t remove the protection your own country’s law gives you, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
17. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site recognise your device, remember your preferences, and show how visitors use it.
- Strictly necessary cookies make the site work, and can’t be switched off. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics), only with your consent, tell me which pages are useful and where the site has problems. The data is aggregated. You can also opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Marketing cookies (Meta and similar platforms), only with your consent, measure whether my advertising reaches the right people.
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, accept only the necessary ones, or choose. You can change your mind at any time through Cookie Settings or your browser.
18. Medical disclaimer
What I share on my website, on social media and in my newsletter is educational. It isn’t medical advice, and it doesn’t replace your doctor or another qualified health professional. It draws on my training in nutritional therapy for hormonal health and fertility.
Please talk to your doctor before making significant changes to your diet, starting supplements, or changing health habits, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication.
When clients share their experiences, those experiences are their own and aren’t a promise of any result.
I don’t provide emergency care. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.
